Fed: Latham hits at "inadequate" anti-terrorism laws
MELBOURNE, Feb 20 AAP - The federal government has made a stunning admission that it
did not have adequate anti-terrorism laws in Australia to bring to justice two Australian
prisoners at Guantanamo Bay, Opposition Leader Mark Latham said in regional Victoria today.
Mr Latham has called on the government to lobby for two Australians at Guantanamo Bay
to be brought home after five British prisoners at the same jail were poised to face court
in Britain.
